Delivery time
We generally ship all orders within 1-2 business days. During busy times surrounding events, holidays, or new releases this may vary. The indicative delivery time counts from the day you receive the shipping confirmation email where you can access your personal tracking link. During busy times your delivery may take longer to arrive.

If you have an account you can check the current status of your order by going to ‘my orders’ in your account dashboard.

Customers who create an account on our website will have access to their own customer dashboard. This includes order history, order status and tracking details.

The tracking link will be shared in the shipping confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

Will be calculated upon checkout. Possible import taxes are not included.
Products with a non-standard size
We sell a number of products in the webshop that have a different size. As a result, these products must be shipped separately and cannot be packaged and shipped in combination with other products. For this reason, it is not possible to add other products to your order that contain a product with a different size.
